WHAT IF MY NEW SCREEN OR BATTERY STOPS WORKING?

Don't worry we offer a 12 month warranty on all repairs. If your screen stops working for any reason we will send a technician out to repair it free of charge. *This does not include screen cracks due to user error.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We receive payments in person after the job is done. The technician will ask you how you wish to pay. We accept cash and payments through Apps such as Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay and PayPal.

WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVICE?

Most of our Technicians are based in Stockton, CA so we service all cities nearby in the San Joaquin County Area. This includes Lodi, Tracy, Manteca, Lathrop and Galt. We have done repairs in the Modesto area as well in the past and we hope to have more Technicians stationed in the city soon.

DO YOU DO OTHER REPAIRS BESIDES SCREEN AND BATTERY REPLACEMENTS?

Yes we do other repairs, please call so that a technician can best evaluate your problem. Screen and battery replacements are the most in demand repair requests we receive, because of that we carry a very limited inventory of other parts.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY PHONE?

Repairs usually take between 15 to 20 minutes depending on the model of iPhone. You'll have a brand new feeling phone back in your hands in no time.

WHAT IF THE TECHNICIAN CAN'T FIX MY PHONE?

If the Technician can't fix your phone then there will be no fee charged to the customer. We are sorry if this happens and we hope that you'll use our services again in the future.

DO YOU DO REPAIRS AFTER HOURS?

Yes we do repairs after hours, however this service includes a $50 surcharge on top of the normal Screen / Battery replacement fee.
